There’s a big shift happening in the labour market. Employers are starting to change the way they look at resumes.
No longer just looking for education and years of experience, they’ve started to look at what are being called “soft skills.”
A Censuswide study finds 77 per cent of Canadian employers are willing to hire people who are open to learning rather than hiring only for their direct experience.
