Governments across Canada are trying new tactics to stifle the ever-growing housing costs in the country.
Home prices have grown by more than 50 per cent in the past two years, a phenomenon that’s led to a widespread housing crisis.
And while there are signs the market is cooling, the pressure on governments to act are leading to some regrettable decisions. Ross Lord reports.
