Canadians are flocking to airports to take to the skies again after the country’s COVID-19 travel rules loosened Monday, with flight bookings seeing an increase.
Canada no longer requires vaccinated travellers to have a PCR test for COVID-19 up to 72 hours before flying. Only a rapid test is needed now, though the PCR test is still an option. The country is also no longer advising against non-essential travel.
