Russia has partially evacuated their embassy like the US, multiple embassies are decamping to western Ukraine, a major airline has already ceased all flights to the country, and Israel’s IDF and Greece’s General Staff have plans to evacuate Israelis and Greeks, respectively, should a war break out.
If you’re still in Ukraine, you should at minimum contact your embassy and register with them while consular assistance is still available.
