Alberta Premier Jason Kenney has announced the province’s public health restrictions will now be lifting, while a blockade of protesters demanding an end to mandates resumes at the U.S.-Canada border crossing near Coutts, Alta.

Global’s Heather Yourex-West looks at the province’s plan, and whether it will be enough to satiate demonstrators.
