BILL Clinton, Donald Trump, a mystery Prime Minister, and other rich & famous people could face humiliation in a new court bid by Prince Andrew’s accuser to unseal secret documents.
Virginia Roberts is bidding to release a new dossier with “vast swathes” of info about Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell, and unmask eight high profile “John Does”.
The secret documents include eight unnamed and understood to be high profile men – numbered 17, 53, 54, 55, 56, 73, 93 and 151 – who could be unmasked.
It is unknown who the men are and it is not suggested they are accused of any wrongdoing within the sealed documents
Virginia and Maxwell’s civil defamation case was settled with confidential terms – but slowly hundreds of pages of documents have been released over the last few years.
And now the questions are who are these Joe Does? What are their links to Epstein? and what other revelations could be in the documents?
Virginia in other unsealed documents from the case described seeing Clinton on Epstein’s island and described Trump as a “friend” of Epstein.
Neither former president has even been accused of wrongdoing over their association with Epstein and Maxwell.
And in other previously released documents from the same case it is mentioned she was trafficked to a “Prime Minister”, “foreign presidents” and “many other powerful men”.
Its unclear which country the alleged mystery PM is from.
Virginia also made specific allegations she was trafficked to Epstein’s lawyer Alan Dershowitz, model scout Jean Luc Brunel, billionaire Glenn Dublin, former US Senator George Mitchell, and New Mexico governor Bill Richardson – all which are strongly denied by the men.
Epstein and Maxwell’s toxicity due to the horrific nature of the crimes will see anyone associated with them facing embarrassment should more names be released in the latest document dump.
The sex trafficking victim also details her allegations against Prince Andrew – which are being litigated in a separate lawsuit given the go ahead this week.
And in one unsealed file written by US District Judge Robert Sweet, he says Roberts claims she was forced to have sex with “many other powerful men, including numerous prominent American politicians, powerful business executives, foreign presidents, a well-known Prime Minister, and other world leaders”.
Numerous high profile names were dropped during Maxwell’s trial for sex trafficking – including Trump, Clinton and Andrew.
Others named include Kevin Spacey, Chris Tucker, violinist Itzhak Perlman, and US Senators John Glenn & George Mitchell.
Once again – none have ever been accused of wrongdoing and it shows the web of the rich and powerful insidiously assembled by Epstein and Maxwell.
The paedophile couple hid in plain sight as they used their fame and fortune to intimidate their victims.
Clinton and Trump are both known to have been pals with Epstein.
Clinton is known to have taken flights aboard Epstein’s plane – and has previously been pictured with both him and Maxwell.
He was snapped chomping on a cigar aboard the Lolita Express, and also pictured with alleged sex slave Chauntae Davies.
Virginia claimed in other documents relating to the 2015 lawsuit that she saw Clinton with “two beautiful girls” on Epstein’s private island Little St James.
NAMED & SHAMED
Clinton has previously denied ever going to Epstein’s island.
Trump meanwhile is known to have rubbed shoulders with Epstein and Maxwell through his Palm Beach resort Mar-a-Lago.
He has previously tried to distance himself from Epstein – including allegedly banning him from the private club.
However, the two are understood to have once been friends – with the reality TV star calling him a “terrific guy” who liked “younger” women in a 2002 interview with New York Magazine.
However, he has denied any wrongdoing over his relationship with Epstein.
Virginia said in previous documents in the suit that Trump was a “good friend” of Epstein – but was clear he “didn’t partake” in any sex with Epstein’s victims.
She also clarified that Trump “never” flirted with her – but she knew him while working as a towel girl at Mar-a-Lago.
Maxwell’s lawyers have said they will not block attempts to release the documents, which are part of a 2015 civil suit from Virginia.
Judge Loretta Preska will now have determine whether or not the name the eight mystery men.
But a number of the Johne Does involved have already filed to keep their names under wraps due to potentially “salacious” implications and that revealing their identities could cause “annoyance and embarrassment”.
Six of them have officially objected to the unsealing of the documents.
Maxwell’s attorney Laura Menninger said her client will “leave it to the court” to determine whether the names should be unsealed.
“After careful review of the detailed objections submitted by [the eight Non-Party Does], counsel for Ghislaine Maxwell writes to inform the Court that she does not wish to further address those objections,” the letter said.
“Each of the listed Does has counsel who have ably asserted their own respective privacy rights.
“Ms. Maxwell therefore leaves it to this Court to conduct the appropriate review consistent with the Order and Protocol for Unsealing Decided Motions.”
And the world will have now have to await for the decision of the judge, with Does 53 and 54 not opposing the unsealing of the documents.
Doe 17 argues the release of their name in the documents will cause “annoyance and embarrassment”, while Doe 151 claims they are “trying to live a private life”.
Does 55 and 56 object to their names being made public because they claim a deposition in which they are mentioned is “unreliable”.
Doe 73 argues there would be “substantial embarrassment” if their name was released, and Doe 93 says their identity has “no relevance” and the matters could be “salacious”.
Doe 151 is mentioned in 47 documents – the most of all the unnamed men.
Elsewhere, Virginia won a major battle this week as a judge tossed out Prince Andrew’s efforts to torpedo her lawsuit against him.
It will be the first time the Duke has faced legal action over her allegations after she went public in 2011.
Roberts claims she was introduced to Andrew by disgraced paedophile financier Jeffrey Epstein, and that the royal had sex with her when she was 17 – an allegation the Duke has strongly denied.
Andrew has now been stripped of his military titles and royal patronages and he now faces a court battle with Roberts as a private citizen.
Taking to Twitter, Virginia said: “I’m pleased with Judge Kaplan’s ruling yesterday that allows my case against Prince Andrew to go forward.
“I’m glad I will have the chance to continue to expose the truth & I am deeply grateful to my extraordinary legal team.”
“Their determination helps me seek justice from those who hurt me and so many others.
“My goal has always been to show that the rich and powerful are not above the law & must be held accountable.
“I do not walk this path alone, but alongside countless other survivors of sexual abuse & trafficking,” she concluded.
Andrew’s reputation is already in tatters over questions over his friendship with Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell, who was this month convicted of trafficking girls for Epstein to abuse.
He has repeatedly denied all allegations against him, which includes rape in the first degree, and his attorney’s have claimed his accuser has a “tendency to change her story”.
Epstein killed himself in prison while he was awaiting trial.
It means he is stripped of 12 military titles which had been held in abeyance after he stepped down from duties in November 2019 after his car-crash BBC Newsnight interview.
